A Focus on Health


Over the last three weeks, I’ve been making it a point to get to the gym for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. Now that a gym schedule has become a routine, I’m going to be adding intermittent fasting and some nutritional changes this week to enhance the focus on my physical health. Hopefully this will provide me with more energy throughout the day and enhance my mental and emotional clarity.
